I use the eFlow for Colistin, hypertonic saline, and Pulmozyme and have for... 3 months or so. It works fine, and Jem is right -- it's safe.

Ok so i looked into the eFlow and talked to one of my doctors and basically found out that the chances of me getting one is very slim. Because they are so expensive my insurance company wont pay for it and the only other way would be to get it for free from a medical company that i would have to buy all my medication from, which will not work either. =( So i guess im at a rut... anyone have any suggestions about other nebulizers or perhaps something i missed? =/

Erin:

The pulmo-aid is a pretty quiet machine.... I would stay away from the PARI proneb ultra at all costs... not only does it take twice as long as any other compressor i've owned, but it is extremely LOUD!

Good luck! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

You don't have to buy all your medication from the the pharmacy suppliers of the eflow...just the inhaled antibiotic if you are on one. I only get my Tobi from Foundation Care the rest of my meds I get from my local pharmacy except the HS and source Cf Vitamins which Foundation Care gives me for free.
