just to let you know my family and i including my 8 yr old w/cf did a fun run today in aid of cystic fibrosis trust. it was a 2 kl. fun run for families and a 5 kl. run for fitness fanatics!!! we did 2 kl. !!!!!!! it was in cardiff (capital city of wales} there were hundreds of people there all raising money for the cf trust. it was fab and i wanted to tell you all how proud i was of my son . he was marvelous. i will let you know how much was raised in all, when the figures are released. the cf trust raise money in the search for a cure for cf so it is a very worthwhile charity as i'm sure you would all agree. take care everybody!!!!!!!!!
