Rash

I keep getting itchy , blotchy rash on my face , then it gets super dry . I can't put anything on face except water or baby oil for dryness . This seems to happen every mnth and every mnth Im on prednisone and antibiotics . I've mentioned it to the doctor but its usually cleared up when i see her . Does anyone else get this or am I having an allergic reaction? My antibiotic is different some mnths .I only get this on my face , so annoying !
