Real TOBI & E-flow??

Actually, I believe it's a lower not higher concentration of tobra used, 100 mg/ml compared to Tobi at 300mg/ml. With the eFlow's efficiency you're taking in much more of the dose, so you'd be getting much more of the drug. the study between the 2 residual in sputum came out pretty close in studies between the 2 doses.

That I did not know <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> Thanks for filling in the gap for me. I had just assumed that since it was undiluted for inhalation the concentration would be higher.

I always heard the regular tobi was too strong to put into the eflow. Eflow's efficiency meant you'd be getting too much drug if put into the eflow. Thus I was taking like 140mg tobra in my eflow.
