Recommendation for Nebulisiers

I have been using the Eflow the last four years and I had to send it back to England two weeks ago to be told they can not fix it but can replace the machine which will cost £405euros or I can buy the entire machine with parts for 550£ approx.
I just think it's alot of money and for parts every four-five months. My insurance does not cover it.
I do love it because it's fast and silent but, I want to look at other Nebulisiers and the cost. Can u recommed your nebuliser and where I can get one. How fast and silent is it? I appreciate your time and effort in replying to me.
