research studdies

Just curious how many people participate in research studies and what kinds. It seems like so many of them are for new antibiotics, I won't take part in those because I'm lucky and still have pretty wimpy bacteria and I don't want to build up resistance.

I was on the Tobi study. That was pretty cool, I suppose. Only bad thing about it, 9 years down the road I'm now classified as Hard of Hearing. ::shrugs:: oh well, at least I'm alive.

Thats interesting about being hard of hearing because I have been complaining about not being able to hear so well, I am suppose to be getting a hearing test done next week.

I was also in the Tobi study. I've had on and off ringing in the ears when I am on Tobi. They monitor my hearing cause of it, and if I get ringing I stop Tobi.
