I follow a GF diet. along with a diet free of potatoes. I limit corn consumption to a minimum, soy is for the most part out, I take it easy on my sugar intakes and apples/bananas/oranges are off the list as well. My diet is interesting, however worth it. My life changed dramatically after stopping wheat/gluten. PM me if you want a more in depth explination, but my symptoms were not GI. Mine were brain chemical imbalances. As far as gluten is concerned, unless I take the enzyme pills designed to rip it apart before it enters my system (a gutsy thing I tried a few months back that paid off, I can eat gluten on occasion without side effects, but i'm careful about it) It is no longer a part of my diet.
Hang in there, feel free to PM me at any time if you want to exchange food ideas/tips/recipes. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
