Sakasuka Amy is talking about mild/moderate/severe in reference to lung function only.
If you look at it in general, I'd say you were mild too. Mostly because you made it to 30 before you were even diagnosed. You had a child with (I assume?) little to no extra trouble. Etc. So you may be at a moderate status now, but overall I think it's safe if you want to call your CF "mild."
<i>(Though as a disclaimer, I should say: I hate using those terms in reference to CF because it confuses a lot of people. CF is progressive by nature, and therefore terming yours [or anyone else's] "mild" or anything similar is useless, because it will eventually move from one category to another, and inevitably to severe.)</i>
