Maggie actually just learned to blow her nose, I think it does help. The way I taught her is I said to pretend to blow out birthday candles with your nose. She's better at blowing her nose now than me! I usually do the saline spray first then we have a big nose blowing session...Something very satisfying about getting the boogers out, yes I'm weird.
