I just wanted to add in my condolences...

I've read this forum long before I actually joined, and her posts and blogs were among the most enjoyable to read. She never sugar-coated a problem - she was candid and yet, made the reader smile and laugh in understanding at a situation others (not in the CF club) would probably consider tragic. I admire that immensely, and will be disappointed not to see any more. She made me feel proud to share in a community with her -- to share CF with her -- that she was able to embrace with honesty, wit and a smile. She will truly be missed.

Just checking in after vacation and read the title of this post. I'm in shock.

Mary, Erin and family, my heart breaks for you.

Debbie was a joy! She dared to be honest. She made me laugh. She will be missed here.

I looked at her picture with her glass of wine for a long time and can't quite believe what I read. Cheers to you Debbie!<img src="i/expressions/wine.gif" border="0">
Thank you for the smiles. Rest now.
