One thing that my MIL commented on was the RTs at the NICU, going from isolette to isolette to do cpt, help with oxygen and suctioning on the preemies, etc. and they'd wash their hands, but would cradle the infants in their arms, up against their chest. It's no wonder DS kept getting infections during his stay and came home from the hospital with a couple bugs.
