Saw the new doc last week, got results yesterday

Thanks, all for your added input.

To Jane-- I can find out if the "CF-virgin doc" can speak English, then give her the run-down on connecting with CF on the "outside". I doubt there is nothing like that within Japan, since there are only 20 to 30 CF cases within Japan.

As for being a guinea pig...It's not my first, won't be my last and I'm always being tested on. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

To Danyell-- Its been a while, hasn't it! hope you're doing well! Since you're the second one to mention a blood glucose meter, I'll be looking into one. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> In the meantime, looks like I'll have to "beef-up the CF-virgin doc's knowledge", LOL!
