SEVERE pain in right lung...

Hey Everyone,
Please help. I have horrible pain in my right upper lung (almost feels like a cramp). It takes my breath away,I can't even cough because it hurts so bad!
I was sneezing really bad before bed last night and once it felt like I almost hyperextended when I inhailed (hard to explain).
Any thoughts, this pain is killing me. Do you think I need an Xray?

I think I would want an x-ray.. To see if maybe your lung is collapsed. After a bronch that I had with biopsies my right lung had collapsed a little, really not much, and it hurt very much with every breath..
It could also be an infection, I think, but don't know if that would come up with so much pain so soon.

Good luck, I hope you can find out what it is and that you will feel better soon

i get a sharp pain every once in awhile... but it goes away. it hurts to cough/breathe temporarily.
