Shakey, shakey

The only thing other than meds that makes me jittery is a lack of sleep. If I'm extremely tired and try to sleep but can't, I'll get a really bad shakiness throughout my body.

This is true (what Jade said).
If I don't get enough sleep I sometimes feel jittery. Maybe a lack of sleep mixed with Albuterol makes it's horrible. And don't even get me started on Lack of sleep, Albuterol and Caffeine mixed.

I can get that way when my salt is low (got it more as a kid, when I actually went outside and broke a sweat <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> ). I also get that way when my bloodsugar is starting to get low (then I get sweats and shaking, weakness). And finally-lol-sometimes my Xopenex does that to me, if my lungs are really clear- I guess more of the med gets into my system then? I dunno...

I hope you can get to the bottom of it soon!
