low blood sugars/insulin spikes can cause shakiness, fuzzy headedness and glassy eyes. it will usually pass naturally within a half hour or so, or it can be remedied by intaking sugar. it is somewhat common, i believe, with cf, typically in adulthood when the pancrease has suffered substantial scarring.
at least that's how my cf doc explained it to me, so i assume it's documented with cf, although i rarely find cf'ers who mention it in threads that describe the symptoms. maybe becasue the sensation is so hard to put into words. i, personally suffer from this, and what you have metnioned is one way to describe the it.
