Shipping Refrigerated Meds Overseas

Our daughter goes to a university in Scotland. We would like to ship her Tobi and Pulmozyme to her but are having trouble figuring out a cost-effective way to get the medicine there, refrigerated with cold packs, in 1-2 days.
Any suggestions?

Would the pharmacy be willing to ship it directly to her? That would be ideal...but I assume that is not an option else you would not be on here asking...Otherwise I know global shipping is quite expensive, especially for 1-2 day delivery...sorry, no suggestion.
