I'm not sure how they do the bold and italics to say who did the quote, but my method of quoting is:
1. with your Message Text for Forum reply open, you go to the text to quote and do a click and drag with the mouse over it and either right click the mouse for copy, or hit the 'ctrl+c' button to copy.
<div class="FTQUOTE"><begin quote>Sorry, another question in refrence to replies. How do you copy someones else's reply into your own (to answer a specific question). Does that make sense? </end quote></div>
2. You then click the "Quote" button on the top of your menu in the "Message Text" box, and either press 'ctrl+v', or right click the mouse to paste.
after that it's a matter of finishing up your message and pressing the "Reply to Topic" button to close and post it.
I vaguely recall some method to just click and it included the name and such, but can't repeat that procedure...
Hope that much helped, at least.
