Single Mothers w. Cystic Fibrosis

Hi Everyone.
My names Stephanie & you may have read already, Im 23yrs old & a single mother of one.
So far we have been lucky & my son does not have Cystic Fibrosis.
Although, I do. I also, have diabetes. I was wondering if theirs anyone else that is a single mother with the disease. I would really like to know how you handle everything and make sure not only your child is healthy, but you stay that way as well.
Maybe someone can give me some tips, I could really use em <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
