Hi Caitlin,

I swear by nasal irrigations/flo nase (verimyst is better)

If i were you i would call my ENT or Clinic & see if they could order you ABX to put in your nasal irrigation solution .. I have done this many times in the past..

NeilMed Sinus bottle does wonders for me. I never had too much problem in using Afrin, but its bad a hell for your nose- worse than cocaine supposedly lol. If it is a constant problem ask your ENT about sinus surgery. I hear its harder for some peole, but mine removed some of the smaller sinuses (sphenoid and etimoid maybe I don't really know) and made the drainage holes (?) larger for better drainage. I had the surgery, never took pain killers, and had no packing. It was amazing and overall since my surgery, I haven't had any problems with stuffiness. The only con is that the reason we did the surgery, to improve lung function, did not happen- but I am told it can help in other patients.
