ALEEVE! Aidan is 6 and has had 6 sinus surgeries already. When he has packed sinuses/pressure, we were giving him Motrin/Tylenol all the time. Then our CF doctor told us we could use ALeeve twice a day for longer pain management. It worked SO much better. He is scheduled for surgery again in December...sinuses suck. He does rinses everyday as well. In 8 months, he needed 3 seperate surgeries and months of IVs to clear his sinuses.
