Sinus problems?

What is Xylitol and where can I find it? My 3 year old daughter has sinus infections very often. She was on antibiotics for a long time. One week fine and the sinus is coming back again.

I read an article some years ago about research into using xylitol to help kill infection in the lungs of CF patients. From there, I decided to add it to my sinus wash. A friend of mine used that information to develop a nebulizer solution. Information on those two recipes and how I used them are here:
