I keep putting in my user name and password but it says I don't exist. I don't know what to do now <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">

Okay, I am <b>Anastasia Landar</b>. However, my avatar and all others on the site appear all droopy, and funny looking. Is that something to do with my computer? I can move around, etc, but am having trouble obtaining my torch in the required tutorial steps. I follow the directions, but then it tells me that the land owner doesn't allow this. I'll play around with it some more later.
