i hope bad dreams arent a sign of o2 deficiency, because i have bad dreams every single night of my life, no joke. i am not in the GREATEST of health but my sats are usually pretty normal..97 ish i would guess. and i have never needed o2 except in weird times at the hospital. where did you hear that?
