small world...

I just saw that episode of Deal or no Deal with the cfer that had a double lung transplant. When I was first hospitalized, I met her on my floor. She wasn't super sick at the time, but she definately wasn't a healthy as an average 22 year old would be. We talked about everything regarding cf (including transplants) and she mentioned that she really wanted one because of daughter (who was 5 at the time). I was in shock while watching the whole episode thinking, "Wow, I met her, I saw how sick she was and look at her now!"

There really is no big point to this post, but I just had to share because it was such a shocker to me...a good shocker, though <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0"> What a small world we really live in.

That is neat, isn't it? You probably feel somewhat like you know a celebrity!
I don't know her, but I agree, that is neat to see her feeling well, having energy, etc. I hope she has many many good years ahead of her.
