Well I would think you could describe why it is important and what your concerns are, even back it up if research proved fruitful. I woudl hope she woudl put her grandkids health as a top priority and do what is necessary but if she doesnt then I would say withholding visitation is well within the realm of 'reasonable'. Just my 2 cents, great initial ? btw, I have never thought of that!
