So Kaidens genetic test was NEGATIVE!!

WHEW!!!

His pulmonologist said there is a 1% chance he has CF with no known mutations and that they could doa throat culture to see if he tests positive for CF bacteria.

Should I just play everything by ear or push for the throat culture now??

That is awesome news, Heather!!

I'm sure this leaves you with both a sense of relief and more questions. I hope Kaiden grows out of the pancreatic insufficiency and you will be done with this CF world.
