I also don't remember receiving the letter from SSA--you must be special!

You are on SS and Did not receive a letter ???
They are normally pretty good about that.
I mean I get mail from all the time, plus e mail updates.

I gave George Boy credit for such a large increase , but truth
is, he really had nothing to do with it. but, I'll let you have
that one, God knows He needs something positive to his credit , lol

It was based on The Cost of Living of 5.8% in 2008.
Hence COLA.

is, he really had nothing to do with it. but, I'll let you have
that one, God knows He needs something positive to his credit , lol
