1. How do I initiate sending a private message? I click there but I'm not sure what to do next.

2. What happened to the "who you are in a nutshell topic"?
I finally decided to add myself to that thread and today it is gone.

Ok, so I did that and then clicked on "send message" and then it just went back to the same screen. No intuitive way of figuring this out. Maybe mine is not working.

Double check your profile & make sure that private messages is ENABLED

Then return to the PM section, type in the username as Amy stated & hit send....it will bring up a seperate box to type the private message in.

You can do a test message to yourself!

As to the Nutshell thread....we are checking on that!

Then return to the PM section, type in the username as Amy stated & hit send....it will bring up a seperate box to type the private message in.
