Sore throats

Juliet

When my sinuses are stopped up I breathe (and snore!) through my mouth when sleeping and that always gives me a sore throat because my passages dry out overnight. Unless DH is annoyed with the snoring and pushes me to roll over in the middle of the night, which usually wakes me up to get a drink of water, which helps alleviate the AM sore throat. (How's that for a run-on sentence?) So I suppose it's good that he wakes me up when I snore from clogged sinuses (even if it's annoying at the time)! <img src=""> I haven't had much of that happen since sinus surgery last year! ~Juliet
