Somehow my blog posted 2x. There is not a bottom line on it for me to delete or edit either one of them and they don't show up when I go into admin. where you can normally delete a blog. Help!!! So I can make room for you all. So sorry!!

This is what I posted and need help on:

Ughhh! My heart is grieving today. My husband brought up for the first time ever to me the thought of considering disability income. As I debate a career change to something safer for me from my current job as a speech therapist, he brought the idea up. My question is where the heck would I start. I do know about Beth and I will contact her; but, I have no earthly idea if it is a possiblity for me. I have worked on and off in my lifetime. Part-time, full-time, at all different pay levels because I graduated from college in there somewhere and my income potential sky-rocketed. Also, I have taken time off to raise my daughter. To add more confusion to the mix, I have a company now and I do contract employment and pay taxes through my company. My husband makes an above average income and we have a nice nest egg. I would not consider this except that, having gone through a pre-transplant eval., my health is very very valuable to me. Also, it is getting very difficult to keep our heads above water with all of the medical bills we have. With me not working and scared to work, it is becoming a real strain. My big question is, is SSD only for the poor or middle income? Am I crazy to even think I may qualify? Thanks for any help or words of wisdom!ith nothing in the body!!!!

Do not over analyze just contact Beth she knows her stuff. I am very similiar to you and you just gotta call Beth. And it is good that you have worked cause then you have the credits that you need. Beth can answer ALL questions and worries and she will know what to do. There are 3 ways to get approved for SSDI and you have to fall under one or more of the 3 ways with being on TOBI the hardest way to qualify but you can...believe me you can!!!! Call her and do not worry!!!!
