Are you on Hypertonic Saline? I used to get a bad ache in my left boob from congestion.. and after I started HS, it got a lot better. Coughing all that stuff up helps. It could also be infection. H ave you talked to your doc?

Or pleurisy. I get that off and on sometimes. Once it was so bad I went to the ER because I couldn't take a very deep breath or stand up straight. Does anything help? Ice and ibuprofen help me.
