I had a very graphic visual in my head of somehow your mouth coming into contact with the stitches to catch the staph!!! Seriously, I think you should be fine but I would call your clinic to be sure. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
And yes I'd be curious too, as to what they tell you.

Well, I only got ahold of the pulmonologist (sp?) on call, and he said it would be fine. I'm a little leery of trusting him, b/c I think he's the same guy who freaked out one weekend when he saw my peak/trough- apparently he didn't realize that those numbers can be a little higher in CFers. But I think it'll be fine. I'm going to be doing a bunch of cooking, so I'll be washing my hands a ton throughout the night. And Jodi- there will be no contact of any sort between me and her boobs! Hehe.
