I'm jealous of those of you who can do steriods without side effects. I have been on them once since I had Logan and I got thrush and a yeast infection - and Logan got a terrible Thrush infection - the only time he's had thrush. I also learned during that episode that Nystatin doesn't work any longer for me. And interestingly when I read the literature, Nystatin has a cure rate of about 60% while diflucan works much more frequently.
I'm jealous of those of you who can do steriods without side effects. I have been on them once since I had Logan and I got thrush and a yeast infection - and Logan got a terrible Thrush infection - the only time he's had thrush. I get serious thrush all the time have it again at the mo and am finding it hard to find anything that is actually going to get rid of it i'm going mad!! Its def the steroids but the antibiotics we take on a daily basis don't help either. Abi never got thrush while I was BF though...
