My husband was screened for CF mutations, and it took 2 weeks to get the results back. He had the blood drawn in Ottawa, which was then sent to Toronto for the testing. I don't think they screened for EVERY mutation, but it was over a hundred I think. They originally told us it could take up to a couple of months for the results to come in. A little less than 2 weeks later, we had them. So maybe you'll get lucky.
