Well, I LOVE yogart raisins but for some reason I have noticed that it upsets my stomach, and I like them so much that sometimes Ill buy them and just deal with the pain later, I dont buy them much any more tho. I cant eat too much peanut butter either, when I was little I use to eat it a lot, meaning I would eat spoon fulls of it, well now I only eat very little cause if I eat too much it hurts the tummy. Those two are the only ones I can think of right now.

Saturated fats and dairy products. Those two are def a no no for me.

I have to say though since taking GSH "regularly" as i have taken it sporadically in the past, it has really helped my digestion. I am regular now, no stomach cramps ever...and everything just looks more normal hehe, if you know what I mean. I'm pretty happy with that. I might try the Coconut oil again, see if i can tolerate it one more time. That stuff seems so good for you..

Take it easy,
Kiel

Right now just about everything hurts my stomach... minus certain fluids but that is because I am having major tummy issues.. normally. dairy is almost impossible for me though I started taking lactace enzymes and that helps a little...Anything with ascorbic acid in it cause bad reflux... but other then that, as long as I take the right amount of enzymes I am good...

Slightly OT, but its so funny Kiel-GSH kills my stomach! Its one of the reasons I slowed down with it. It messed up my GI tract big time. It's funny how different we all are.

Nothing really hurts my tummy, except McDonald's/other fast foods. But I have serious acid problems so I try to watch my diet strictly to decrease the acid. I don't eat past 7. I don't drink coffee anymore, switched to low acid teas, no dairy after 5, I try to avoid mixing proteins with carbs b/c that makes more acid too. Uggg.....

I can get acid indigestion from chocolate, raisins, some Italian food (who doesn't?), shreaded wheat cereal, and there are others, but I can't think of them right now.

Bad Sushi will do it for me!! So will a big argument with the MIL!!

Actually, since I'm mostly eating rice, my stomach pains are few, yet if I have too much fat from meats, or even curry (for curry and rice), I'll pay dearly later!! Also, it is a known fact (I read it somewhere) that potatoes and beans will cause the most gas. Ya know...beans, beans, good for your heart...!
My wife's aunt gave us a ton of potatoes, and I made mashed potatoes last night, but woke up this morning with gas pains in the large intestine (along the rib cage!), and figured it was because I ate more than my fill, and due to the stress of arguing with the MIL earlier that day! Had a long, drawn out argument with the MIL sometime after breakfast and had lost my appetite to eat anything until evening.
Which does come to another point in regards to stomach aches...changing your eating habits will have an effect on your stomach is my belief. For example, for years while living in the states, I'd eat in the middle of the night, but that would cause stomach problems during the day. Also, after developing an eating pattern in Japan, I would sometimes end up changing my eating times on the weekend, but would soon have a stomache ache by Sunday night or Monday.
My suggestion for those with frequent stomach aches that are watching what they eat, try for a week to make a routine as to what times you eat, and see how that goes. I'm kind of curious as to whether that is something for everyone, or if it will also have diffrent results.
