i know this has been said and i'm so glad to hear you're over the cold but i just wanted to say again ZINC ZINC ZINC!!!! i've taken the Coldeez brand lozenges since i discovered them a few years ago and they are so great i can't say enough good things about them <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

yes, it's true. it's interesting how being very "proactive" versus "reactive" with colds helps eliminate them. i think that it's a combination of all the elements that helped me get rid of it so fast. i think that cold management is a cornerstone of CF management.
