Thanks for the advice!

We haven't heard from the doc yet, but we went back to the 18mg . Josh said he'd rather be hyperfocused than angry. At least he's getting his work done again.

It may have been the change from 18 to 10 that caused the side effects. I'll let you know.

When I went to check the dosage my daughter is on I was surprised to see that it's 40mg, compared to you guys at 10 and 18. Huh... Anyway, no noticeable side effects. It worked beautifully. It took about three months for the full effect, it was very gradual. We were just wondering if the dosage needed to be changed as her focus and ability to get homework done is not as good as last year. I'm going to wait until she settles into the year some more before checking into it.
