Stupid coments that tick you off

I also hated the comment about not looking sick. People do not realize what I had to go through (even on a good day) to look at least normal.

Especially right before the transplant, I was lucky to be able to get in the shower 3 times a week, and that was with having a shower stool in there to be able to sit on. I would still get drained after the shower. I think that in all, in order to "not look sick" it would take me about 3 hours from shower, to getting dressed, to only combing my hair and not doing anything with it. It's terrible and most people just don't realize it.

Nicole! I think I might have slapped the person who implied that my husband was going to die and I should just wait for "the next one!" What is with people?!

When the pulmonary doctor calls you a "sinking ship" while laying in a hospital bed. During this hospital stay that is what happened to my daughter.
