Such a Waste! Or Is It?

I really really think you should be cleaning it after every use- medicine, oil, whatever. I would never even consider reusing a neb, even if it was for the same medicine. Anything you put in your body should be sterile. This is totally different from being a germ-a-phobe, it is just common sense. Bacteria feeds off of condensation and moisture, especially when it is just sitting there all day.

Tap water is bad, don't use it, unless it's boiled. Even warm/hot tap water is probably very bad, don't use it to rinse your cups.

Sean thank you for understanding the question..........Cause thats exactly what I was thinking, it`s like the OO is known to kill most common bacteria and unfortunately I'am using regular OO for now. So I was not really concerned about using the unwashed neb for a week, based on that very fact, but I would really like to find out what is happening to it when it is removed from the bottle over time and being exposed to air, light, temp, etc...........
But I do put my neb in a drawer away from light so maybe that may eliminate or at least slow down some form of damage to the oils natural state ................i don't know.....................just would really like to find info on this.

I would still boil your neb atleast once a week though, at the very least to get some of the mouth funk off the lip area. I just personally think cleaning/boiling after every use is a tad overkill, but that's just me. I usually boil mine every 3 days.
