Hey Guys,
yesterday night I was hiking with friends in the woods uphill and as you can imagine it wasn't really easy either. Although I must say, I still had some stamina going up hill, but not as much as my friends. Anyway, it was a lot of fun and we did it all night, we just came back today at 8AM. I was so tired, so I skipped my inhaling and breathing excercises and went right to sleep untill 5:30pm.
After that I felt guilty for not inhaling in the morning, so I did a thourough inhaling in the evening. Ever since I noticed a sudden shortness of breath and I'm not really comfortable with that.
I dont feel any pain and so far my lungs have not collapsed yet. I'm thinking If I should go to the hospital or not. It is 18 minutes after midnight here in Germany and was hoping you guys could give me some advice.
When I breathe in it doesnt feel like my lungs get full with air. I'm just a little freaked that I could loose conciouns, which will probably not happen.
My grammar isn't the best, sorry.
Greetings,
Alex
p.S.: I forgot to mention, that I inhaled some of the smoke of the fire we made. Could that really be the reason?
