Walnuts, which are very high in omega 3 oil. Coconut and coconut oil. Sea salt. I like sweet potatoes but yams are superior for adrenal support. Organic stuff. I eat a lot of corn, lettuce, and watermelon. Apples. My favorite are Granny Smith and I have read some things that indicate they are less likely to promote yeast than other apples. "Baby" or "New" veggies -- like "baby carrots" and "new potatoes". They are more nutritionally dense. We keep multiple flavors of Juice Juice and Welch's juice on hand. We are all doing better with drinking lots of 100% fruit juice.
