super greasy stools

  Thursday my daughter started having mushy poop. so I gave her extra enzymes. shes almost double her enzyme intake with everything but water. We've have gone from breastfeed lookin to just grease. Any suggestions on hat it might be causing this?<br><br>

Could she be teething? That can cause loose stools.

Otherwise, how is her tummy? Is it distended? Sometimes DS would get constipated (stool backed up in the colon); however, some was able to sneak by and was always really loose.

I would probably call the docs and let them know. I know we have been told that if you give your child too many enzymes they can have a adverse effect. Has your child eaten anything different? The first thing I think of with greasy stools is that their aren't getting enzymes or they need maybe a higher dose. I would also make sure that you are giving them on something acidic like applesauce so they are better absorbed. Good luck
