Multi vitamin. Eat lots of sunflower seeds, peanuts. Just recently upped my calcium. Vitamin C when I remember. I also get a dose of Vitamin D outside as the weather allows. I eat lots of foods high in vitamin K.

Any chance you can put this in plain English for me, lol ? It sounds interesting, and I have read a little about it (SAM sounds very familiar)...and just what to look for in a supplement? (as always, I will run it by my dr. first ).
------

I have added in the last year (OTC supplements only, I'm listing ):

oral GSH (in hopes that it would help my liver, and perhaps my lungs- and I take it with something-usually my vitamin- with asorbic acid-vit. C-it is supposed to help absorbtion)

900mg of NAC (fizzyNAC)

Slow mag (2x/day)

Probiotics (yogurts, Culturelle, Kefir- any or all...)

calcium supplement 2x/day

lots of water-(flavored, usually half strength, either with a low/no calorie water sweetner or a green or white tea mix) and practically no sodas-maybe one a month? Not really a supplement, but something my doctor told me to do to change my diet.

I also try to eat either green olives or an avacado (whole or half) everyday.
It seems to help my liver/bile duct "twinges", and I haven't done a good job of it lately, and now have a (apparently) mild bile duct infection...may be coincidence, but I'm going to buy more avacados and olives while grocery shopping today, lol.

I was adding a fish oil supplement because I wasn't eating my veggie oils, but stopped it since it was one of 2 new things I tried just before the infection started (stopped them both ) . Just FYI, I have no clue how or if that makes any difference...

Cinnamon, 2x/day, for my CFRD

And, of course, cf vitamins, twice a day
