I have never heard anything about hormones effecting a sweat test - very few things can - usually just some really rare immune disorder type things, but nothing as ordinary as menstruation or hormones.
Please read my blog as it might be info you will need to know -- my daughter was misdiagnosed for 8 years because she has a "normal" sweat test number -- we were told she had "asthma with productive cough" .... had they done genetic testing on her, she could have received the correct treatment for those 8 years instead of letting lung infections go untreated thinking it was the "productive cough" part!
Be sure to ask what your number is, be very suspicious of anything in the double digits - there are a lot of people on here with numbers in the 20's (a few down in the teens and fewer still with some single digits) so don't just let them tell you "normal" and forget it - ask for genetic testing.
