I agree with Mockingbird - whenever I run into insurance problems my docs usually know what tactics to use to get things approved. Sometimes it is a process and takes a lot of pushing, but with the help of your CF care team, you should be able to get this through. Don't be afraid to be aggressive. Good luck.
