Can Anemia be a symptom of CF? I just pulled some medical records for my son and his original CF screening was negative but he was very anemic and had rsd and the ped forgot to mention all this to us at the time.

It is not a 'common' one to my knowledge. However, CF does impacts vitamin levels which can then indirectly cause anemia. If the Dr's didn't raise a concern I wouldn't worry about it personally.

Our ped didn't raise any concerns about anything including a full term infant with RDS. We weren't even told about this.
