Good survey, thank you. I just thought I'd add that at the end is a question about where people are from, and on the list is Antarctica, but no option for New Zealand? I don't know how many people with CF live in Antarctica (most likely none) but we have hundreds in New Zealand. I chose 'Australia' since that is the closest, but maybe a small change to think about for the next one? If you are going by continent maybe put 'Australasia' or 'Asia Pacific' to encompass a greater area. Thanks.

I'm sorry about that. It's very frustrating to take a survey and not find an answer that applies to you. We were trying to get broad geographic regions (with a separation of the U.S.), and I went with a basic listing of the the seven continents.
I agree that there are more refined ways of listing regions. Perhaps this division of the world into eight regions: http://geography.about.com/od/lists/a/officiallist.htm
