Hillary's plan is mandatory for every person period. Barack's is mandatory for everyone under 25, and then adults can make their own decision about it. He said basically everyone who wants health care will be able to get it.

So hers is more universal, but his seems more practical. At least for now, his is more likely to get passed than hers.

...Oh and I believe Obama's allows for people to keep their current insurance if they like it. Clinton's, if I'm correct, means an overhaul of the whole system.

Both Hillary's and Barack's plans allow you to keep your current health plan if you want.What I found interesting is that they both want insurance companies to not be able to deny you insurance due to pre-existing conditions. To me that's HUGE.
