Becky - I have the double Delta 508 as well and I am going to be 45 in July. I cannot stress enough how much a positive attutude can help. Also, try to keep your child involved in as much as they can. Don't hold them back becasue they are "sick" - let them run, play, jump, etc. It is so good for them!
