I am about to make some decisions regarding my daughter and her apparent sinus issues and would like to talk to someone with A LOT of experience regarding CF and sinuses, especially for pediatric care. Any direction to "the expert" would be greatly appreciated.

I've heard CT's own Eugenia Vining is esteemed as a top 3 in the world for ENT. I've seen her and she is very knowledgeable about all things cf. I'm not sure she is a pediatric specialist persay. She is known not to be too quick to cut.
